Yesterday on 4th of July at 6:00 p.m. my air conditioning went out. I called s&s mechanical and within 1 hour their technician Anthony showed up and had the problem solved. Anthony is an excellent technician very prompt knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Anthony as a technician and s&s mechanical as your HVAC company. Their VIP program is awesome and made this call worthwhile!

S&S was recommended to me and I'm so glad they were! I reached out to them the end of last summer and decided to wait until this spring to get things done. They were not only affordable but extremely timely and professional. They installed both a new furnace and A/C unit and it all went smoothly from placing the order to the installation. I cannot praise their tech team enough, especially Rafael and his crew that were here. Not only knowledgeable but very kind. Kudos to them! Thank you so much! The tech from S&S did a thorough check of our HVAC system & made important recommendations to ensure it runs optimally. They answered all questions we had and patiently explained all the technical stuff in detail, which, was impressive, because they did so in a way that even a novice like myself could understand.

I'm really pleased with the work that S&S Mechanical did for me. I needed to have an old furnace replaced, and I was thrilled when I found them on Angie's List. Their prices were very reasonable, and they seemed to be a good value compared to other companies I called and visited in person. The installers showed up on time, and they were friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing as they worked—it was very reassuring to know that they knew what they were doing! And when they were done, it was noticeably cooler in my house! I couldn't believe it—they had done such a great job! Highly recomment their ac installation service in New Lenox area!

The blower motor was bad on our ac. Making a lot of noise. I found S&S Mechanical on Google. Definitely worth it. Rafael came by to fix the ac. Very nice and he advised regarding the old furnace unit to let us know what we were dealing with before doing the work. Approval was given before having the work done. Rafael did an excellent job. Once Rafael fixed the ac, I didn't know the ac was working because it's quiet now. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend S&S Mechanical.

The company took my cask early in the morning and was there the same day. Office personnel couldn't have been nicer. Repairman allowed my daughter to take a pic of the broken part so I could understand what was wrong while at work.

S&S Mechanical has delivered exceptional service. They are extremely responsive when you contact them. We have had multiple service technicians come in our home. All are professional and quick to identify the issues and either repair or determine next steps for resolution. They are respectful of your home and your dilemma. They use high quality products and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and talk to. Most recently, they came quickly when we called. They identified the issue and presented me options. They understood that no AC when it’s 98 degrees was an emergency. They had options presented within 2 hours of arriving and put in a brand new system next day to get AC during a heatwave. Outstanding!!! We highly recommend S&S. The Tech was awesome very knowledgeable about the problem with my central air unit. Found the problem in a matter of min and fixed it right away without trying to make me replace the whole unit. I will definitely be using this company from now on, also the phone person I spoke to Stephanie was so Polite and very helpful. Thank you guy's so much
